Pricing questions

Per-message or per-booking charges?
No. Plans are flat-rate with unlimited conversations. The price doesn't move when you get busy.
What do longer terms change?
Only the price and when you pay. 6, 12 and 24 months are billed up front at 10%, 15% and 20% off, and renew at the same price.
Is there a setup fee?
None. Receptionist and Finance are month to month. Website and Complete have a 6-month minimum.
When is the first payment?
At checkout. Founding places bill only once you're live.
Will the price go up?
Founding prices are locked for as long as you stay.
Can I change plans?
Upgrades happen on request, same day, with credit for the current term. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current term.
